Before you sign or receive a contract electronically through Pact, federal law (the E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law (the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act) require us to tell you the following and get your consent.
By checking the box to accept this disclosure, you agree that:
You have the right to receive a paper copy of any contract you sign through Pact. To request one, email legal@pactappstore.com with the contract name and the parties involved; we will provide a paper copy within a reasonable time. We do not charge a fee for this.
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by emailing legal@pactappstore.com. If you withdraw consent, this may affect your ability to use e-signature features going forward, and any contracts already signed electronically remain valid and binding — withdrawal is not retroactive.
To access, view, and retain records through Pact, you need: a device with an up-to-date web browser, an active internet connection, a valid email address, and the ability to save or print a PDF document. If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you can no longer access your records, we will notify you and ask for renewed consent.
You must keep your email address on file with Pact current so you can receive notices related to your electronic records. Update it any time from Account Settings.
This disclosure applies to every contract you send, sign, view, or receive through the Service. It supplements, and does not replace, Pact's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Internal version tag: esign_v1.0_2026-09-01 — must stay in sync with CURRENT_ESIGN_CONSENT_VERSION in server/src/services/esign-consent.js any time this page's substantive text changes. Unlike the Terms of Service, this consent is not re-gated on a version change — any prior acceptance satisfies it.
